Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FINTECHME LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use ETF·AI. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email address and display name you provide, or that we receive from Google when you sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture, account identifier).
  • Wallet data: public wallet addresses you connect (self-custodial or custody), and on-chain transactions associated with them (which are public by nature of the blockchain).
  • Custody linkage: where you link a custody account, we store a server-side session token to communicate with the custody provider; we do not store your custody password.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect your private keys. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account.
  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To communicate service information and respond to enquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements where applicable.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the Service.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), compliance with a legal obligation, and your consent (optional cookies).

4. Sharing

We share personal data only as needed: with our custody provider to enable wallet functionality you request; with infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf under contract; and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion (see Your Rights).

6. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact info@fintechme.pro.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
