Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile and can move dramatically in short periods. The value of an index and of your position can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of your capital.

3. Smart-Contract & Technology Risk

Index shares and treasuries rely on smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure. Bugs, exploits, oracle failures, network congestion, or chain reorganisations may result in loss of funds, incorrect NAV, or inability to transact. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.

4. Custodial & Counterparty Risk

Where assets are held in a treasury or via a custody provider, you are exposed to the security and solvency of those arrangements, including key-management and operational risk. A compromise of operator keys could result in loss.

5. Valuation, Liquidity & Rebalancing

NAV is calculated from third-party price feeds and may be estimated, delayed, or stale. Underlying assets may have limited liquidity, causing slippage during rebalancing or redemption. In extreme conditions, transactions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable (for example, when price data is stale).

6. Regulatory Risk

The regulatory treatment of digital assets and on-chain index products is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. Future laws or enforcement could restrict, tax, or prohibit the Service, or affect the value or transferability of your position. The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions.

7. Operational & Security Risk

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and credentials. Loss of keys, phishing, or malware may result in irreversible loss. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
